As the owner of The Alternative Board Townsville Region, I bring over two decades of experience as a senior executive, director, board member, and business owner. Throughout my career, I’ve managed teams and coached business owners and managers across a wide range of industries—including mining, manufacturing, environmental services, construction, local government, health, retail, professional services, hospitality, tourism, vocational education and training, and trade-based businesses.

I have a strong understanding of the drivers that underpin successful businesses and specialise in strategic planning, KPI development, business improvement, change management, leadership, human resources, industrial relations, performance management, sales, and business analysis. I believe that for a business to be truly sustainable, its day-to-day activities must align closely with its strategic vision. Growth is best achieved when employees are fully engaged and connected to that vision.

I’m deeply motivated by helping business owners achieve meaningful results. My approach is to work closely with clients to define their goals, coach and support them on their journey, and celebrate not only their business successes but also the personal impact these achievements have on their lives and families. Helping business owners uncover and connect with their “why” is incredibly powerful—and it’s a key driver in my coaching.

This expertise allows me to support small to medium-sized businesses in improving systems, streamlining processes, enhancing compliance, boosting staff engagement, and ultimately increasing profitability.

As a business owner myself, I understand firsthand the challenges and obstacles that other owners face. I’m an enthusiastic coach who enjoys tackling complex problems and finds great personal satisfaction in guiding clients toward unlocking their full potential. I also have a strong interest in neuroscience and leadership, and I continue to develop my skills in these areas to better support the growth and success of my clients and their teams.
