These sectors include mining, manufacturing, environmental, construction, local government, health, retail, professional services, hospitality, tourism, vocational education and training as well as trade-based businesses.

Mary demonstrates a clear understanding of business drivers and has key skills in strategic planning, KPI development, business improvement, change management, leadership, human resources, industrial relations, performance management, sales and analysis.

From Mary’s more than two decades of experience, she understands for businesses to be sustainable there needs to be an alignment between workplace activities and business strategy. Businesses achieve growth by linking and engaging their employees into their business strategy.
